Great app great program
I’ve tried many fitness programs and ways of trenings. I was sooo tired about them... but Groove is something more. I feel better, motivated and more happy. I love dance trainings and Misty’s inspirations. Good for everyone who wants to feel more confident and better in body and mind.
Great atmosphere, great Dance
I joined BG 3 weeks ago. Why - the Music and the Dance made me feeling that I wanted to try. What I like after 3 weeks- still Music and the movemets but I noticed more. It’s great atmosphere that Misty creates. There are No better Nor worse participants. Everybody moves as she / he can and it is appreciated. Great and congrats for that!
