Love it!
I love the way BG works the whole body and you can’t get it wrong. There are lots of programmes to choose from too, depending on your level and wishes! I love grooving and it is easy to motivate yourself when it is so much fun.

Sometimes I keep going for hours just because it’s so much fun. Body exercise, yes (very much so!), but most of all love, joy and transformation for heart and soul.
What a journey!!
