Energy and joy back
After two years of not being able to move due to long covid and depression, I came across Body Groove and changed my life. It was the perfect way to start moving again with wonderful soft classes totally adaptable for all ages, level of fitness and even busy schedules. Moving my body through dancing was the door to going back to a healthy life! After almost a year in here, now I complement the Groove routines with weight workout and cycling, but I always come back to Groove and just fell happy! Do not hesitate to get into it and fell joyful!
