Brilliant workouts
Lots of fun, easy to do but will still work you as hard as you’re up for. The moves are often simple but don’t get boring and you can be as creative as you want to be. The missing star is for the actual app - a few of my favourite songs are not available on their own - some of them only seem to show up in the Workout of the Day which is only available for a week - which makes me sad when I want to do for example Karate. Also it would be nice if I could make my own playlists of favourites so I don’t need to find them all one by one when I want to do a custom workout. The Library is great, but my list of favourites is getting long. 😝

Groove is lifechanging
For me Groove has made me accept and like (maybe soon love) my body again. I often experience high inner stress and if I Groove at that point it always make me feel better. It also gives me strength and mobility, I love it! All by myself, in my kitchen or at work when everyone’s left but me!!!
