Turns on my TV and let’s me use it
Just a blank white screen.
Terrible purchase. Nothing but trouble. First unit replaced. Second unit battery stopped working. Sent back for three weeks. Told nothing wrong but battery failed again once unplugged from mains. Looses connection regularly and is very hard to reconnect most times. Denis Tanner Continues to give trouble. Battery doesn’t work at all. Connectivity continues to be a problem
I think the app is a bit over simplified now. It was totally fine before in my opinion. Still love the headphones though :)
Beoplay8 are difficult to connect and are constantly disconnecting. They also fall out of my ears quite easily. I couldn’t go for a run with them in.
Performs exactly as I’d hope, very happy with everything about my B&O products.
Absolutely rubbish app
Ease of use, quality in a league of its own
Sort out this device with sound drops/popping when all input on the tv LG CX are in use.
I bought my Beoplay EQs 3 months ago. I used to have the Jabra 85 Elite (I lost one and didn’t order a new one because I was intrigued by B&O) which are almost half the price of B&O. Hardware wise, the design is impeccable, I love the case! The buds however are not comfortable and very big (and it has nothing to do with the ear tips, the device is just enormous). The B&O website claimed that their EQ ear buds are so comfortable that you can sleep with them. That statement is overrated and false, very misleading information! Regarding the bluetooth connectivity, both my MacBooks and iPhone are having issues to switch from one device to another. While with Jabra I can connect seamlessly with two devices at the same time, the B&O ‘s are struggling to disconnect and reconnect with another device. But my main frustration with B&O is more on the software side: I can’t customise the commands, which I can with Jabra. E.g. next song, previous song, put calls on hold. I can’t adjust the noise cancellation settings are limited to only 3 levels. The highest level ANC doesn’t block as well as the Jabras. Are the Beoplay EQs value for money? Questionable. Advice: the easy fix would be on the software side.
