You may have two active subscriptions—one via the Apple Store and the another via the website which you will be charged UNKNOWINGLY, and the team will reply explaining that Termination is not fully terminating and acts “out of their goodwill” to resolve by only refunding 1 months from the 11 months wrongly charged. Pretty sure the values are wrong for such a meaningful cause. Please stop doing this to users to create more distress which is why in the first place - we needed the app.

this app does not cancel subscription even after you go to their app and follow the instructions, it brings you to a website asking you for details and cancelling the subscription, saying it will take a few days for it to go through but it does not happen. contacting support does not help at all as they do not get back to you and you cant find the subscription in either apple or google subscriptions. deleting the account does not cancel the subscription as well as stated by their app. the fact that im also a student and getting charged $40 every month for something i do not want or use pisses me off.

I emailed support and did not received a reply at all . I was deducted money for nothing ? Did not wish to subscribe at all . Could i get a reply here ?

Paid USD $1.99 for this and did not get access to the quiz. I thought that I didn’t subscribe to the app. It also asked if I wanted to continue for the month but I didn’t click on anything by. I even check on the Apple setting to make sure that I didn’t have the subscription. It ended up deducting USD$ 29.99 from me. Now I’m not sure where to cancel the subscription and my anxiety is heightening. Would give a 0 star for this. Help.

i stop subscribing for the monthly subscription and their still taking my money away every month without me realizing it until now

It seems like from all the review, this app had been charging even if you unsubscribe from your Apple app is it? My last subscription expired Feb 2024, but it tries to charge me MULTIPLE TIMES, yes you heard that, in within 2 weeks time. And there’s no way I could try to stop my money being charge. The only options you gonna see in the account is to log out or to delete account, which, you can still log in afterwards. They still charge you even you chose to delete account.

do not register via Google and don’t even bother emailing their support. unable to cancel subscription at all since to cancel subscription, you are brought to a web browser to login with a password to cancel but no Google login prompt. can’t even change password. so i’m stuck with this subscription for life. scammers

Updates17july2024: send multiple emails but still zero responses. Don’t get scammed like me fellow friends. EVERYONE PLEASE REPORT THEM. I did not subscribe to their membership however money was deducted from my bank account. I had emailed them and there’s no response.

I downloaded the app some time late last year and was not impressed with the tests and features. I stopped my subscription before the monthly fee started as I did not find it helpful. After surfing TikTok for awhile, I chanced upon a similar wellness app advertisement and decided to give it a go. I “donated” a dollar to see my results but was brought back to the same app and no test results were given. After 7 days, I was charged the monthly subscription fee and wrote in to their customer service to find out what was going on. Apparently, I agreed to a monthly subscription in their terms and conditions. I checked my subscriptions and I wasn’t subscribed to it and yet I was charged. High predatory and unethical Stay away from this app

This all doesn’t allow user to cancel their subscription whenever they want. Why did apple allow an illegal and useless app to be registered in the App Store. Seriously beware guys. Spread the news.
