Won’t allow me to unsubscribe, has to be done manually but that’s very difficult to do so when the app won’t accept my password for my username and won’t send a password renewal email. Feeling scammed. Unlike other apps, this one won’t allow you to unsubscribe via the App Store subscriptions…
These guys have taken hundreds of dollars from my account over the months and I can’t cancel my subscription. I’ve even deleted my Apple Pay account which I used to set up the trial with and they still manage to take my money. The email address they had provided to ask for a cancellation wasn’t even real
Predatory pricing and subscription, impossible to cancel subscription. Avoid at all costs
They charged me a couple of months later even though I canceled the subscription straight away!!
Heaps of unknown Apple charges after downloading this app. Very sad people taking money from vulnerable people. Awful
Check trust pilot and every other platform that has reviews on this app. Absolutely disgusting!! Takes advantage of vulnerable people and then falls behind the unclear subscription terms and conditions. It’s a complete violation to consumer rights and highly illegal.
Wish I read the reviews before signing up. It seems that this app runs off false advertisement by saying “7 days free” & wont be charge and all. The same day I signed up, I got charge not once, but twice. Others have the same issues, and they are well aware of this yet nothing is being fix. CHARGED ME $20 NZD AND I CANT EVEN CONTINUE USING IT BECAUSE I CANCELED WITHIN 2 days SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
I didn’t sign up to this subscription- I got a free trial and then cancelled straight away - well within the 24 hours before trial ended timeframe. Please refund the $29.99 usd I’ve now been charged a further $9.99. What is going on?
Terrible, would not recommend. Paid $2 and still didn’t get any results, won’t be wasting anymore money.
The subscription to this app was cancelled in may however I’m still being charged monthly and cannot get them to stop charging
