Description

The app is based on several concepts from cognitive behavioral psychotherapy and contains four main features described below.
With Breeze we give a user more awareness about her/his emotions and activities/things/people that trigger them. Tracker of negative thoughts helps to learn new habit to criticize negative believes and patterns in thinking. In overall, this helps to improve the emotional state of the user.
In future releases, we are going to introduce tracker of cognitive distortions and provide advice from professional psychotherapist to help users to deal with issues in different areas of life.
Mood tracker
Daily mood tracker to understand which situations/contexts trigger emotional reaction.
Create a map of your emotional conditions and be aware of people/activities that make you happy or bring you down.
Negative thoughts tracker
The concept of automatic negative thoughts comes from cognitive behavioral therapy. The idea is that even minor negative thoughts that automatically appear in our consciousness influence our mood and psychological conditions.
We provide users with several interactive techniques that help criticize and fight such negative patterns in thinking.
Tracker of cognitive distortions
We give some useful insights into popular cognitive distortions and teach users how to identify flaws in their thinking and behavior.
Advice from a psychotherapist (in future updates)

You guys are probably gonna get sued cause this is wrong. How can I wake up to a renewal of subscription that I did not make. Huh?? Even if I did, is there not supposed to be a notice of expiration of the old subscription but you guys just choose a subscription for me cause I linked my apple account to the app! !? 28, 900naira was all the money in my account. Why why!?!!!! Please resolve this ASAP. Why the monthly subscription? There was a weekly one why not choose that instead huh?

This app has helped me monitor my day to day activity and keeps me to write and summarize my day daily. I’m grateful having this on my phone.

Great staff! Great customer service!

I was not able to use Breeze so I tried to cancel it but I was too late by an hour or so. We could ill afford the $29.99 cost because of my job situation so I pleaded with Kateryna to please allow the refund and cancellation to process. Kateryna was so kind to reconsider and approved the refund. I am so grateful. While I did not use Breeze at its fullest, this limited experience with the Basenji team gave me peace of mind.

I got this app to help with my mental health, the layout is very nice and it’s already helping me feel better a little bit I believe 👍🩷 Please keep on adding things to help people and spread positivity 🩷, I really appreciate this as a resource genuinely because I’m trying to fix my mental health as a teenager with unsupportive parents so I haven’t been allowed to get help for my symptoms of anxiousness, depression and being reactive towards certain triggers. Thank you again and wish me luck 🍀

Fraudulent, Predatory Deceptive Practices by Breeze

jj ‼️ on

United States

I am writing to bring urgent attention to the unacceptable and fraudulent practices of Breeze Mental Health. This matter is not just dissatisfactory—it is a predatory scheme that must be stopped immediately. I signed up for the advertised “$1 free trial” under the belief that I could evaluate the service without financial risk. However, despite canceling my trial within the designated period, I have been charged $30 every day since. This deceptive practice has caused significant financial strain, which is intolerable and unethical. What is even more concerning is that I am not alone in this experience. Many other users have reported the exact same issue in reviews, yet no action has been taken to address it. Breeze Mental Health appears to be systematically exploiting vulnerable individuals seeking help for their mental health, using deceptive subscription practices to defraud them. This is not just a single oversight—this is a pattern of behavior that must be stopped. Your subscription terms are intentionally misleading, failing to disclose that such exorbitant charges would continue even after the trial period, especially after cancellation. This lack of transparency is a blatant violation of consumer trust and contradicts Apple’s protective measures meant to prevent unauthorized charges and fraud. It is unacceptable that, despite numerous reports from innocent users, Breeze Mental Health continues to engage in these deceptive practices. The failure to address these widespread complaints demonstrates a lack of regard for your customers, particularly those already struggling with mental health issues. This needs to be addressed immediately before more individuals are defrauded. I demand a full refund for all unauthorized charges and expect immediate corrective action to rectify this unethical business model. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I have escalated my case & complaint to consumer protection agencies, including the Better Business Bureau, and pursue further legal action against this scheme if necessary. Breeze Mental Health must stop these fraudulent practices now to protect its users. This situation is urgent and requires your immediate attention. Sincerely, Joey

A SCAM - MAKES THINGS WORSE AND STEALS YOUR MONEY

If I could give this zero stars, I WOULD. Subscription cannot easily be canceled. User support is actively obtuse, delaying or refusing help regarding cancelation, then blaming you for not following their unintuitive cancelation rules. Beware- they don't want to help you, they just want to trap you in an expensive subscription it apparently takes the will of God to get out of. To add insult to injury, the app isn't even good!!! It wasn't helpful and at this point, with my almost ONE YEAR LONG ATTEMPT TO CANCEL IT, has actively decreased my mental health. DO NOT FALL PRET TO THIS SCAM!!!!

Horrible customer service

Rip off

I wanted to see what this app was all about. Took a test and the result was obvious and not at all what it appeared to be in the ad. On top of that it said it was a free trail and then charged me for the subscription. Do not download.

It doesn’t let you cancel subscriptions.

I tried several times to cancel and now my account has been charged. I’m extremely disappointed and don’t recommend this app.
