You guys are probably gonna get sued cause this is wrong. How can I wake up to a renewal of subscription that I did not make. Huh?? Even if I did, is there not supposed to be a notice of expiration of the old subscription but you guys just choose a subscription for me cause I linked my apple account to the app! !? 28, 900naira was all the money in my account. Why why!?!!!! Please resolve this ASAP. Why the monthly subscription? There was a weekly one why not choose that instead huh?
This app has helped me monitor my day to day activity and keeps me to write and summarize my day daily. I’m grateful having this on my phone.
This showed up as an add on my TikTok and it really has helped me discover things about myself that I honestly never knew😂 very thankful I found this app to use as a tool!!
They charged me for something I never bought essentially double charging me. I was only supposed to be charged $1 for the trial period but they also charged me for some dumb pdf I never ordered. They have an F with the Better Business Bureau.
Cancelled before the trial date and was still charged.
Breeze has made it super simple to take tests. Normally I’m an anxious test taker however I find this app very friendly.
I have been trying to cancel this subscription for months. My bank doesn’t recognize the charges, and I have both emailed customer service and tried to cancel in app multiple times
This app is basically an electronic diary that makes you take “tests” without real results that try to constantly funnel you into the better help app. Not only that if you decide to purchase more than a monthly subscription they will NOT refund you any of your money even if you only used the app for 1 day and realized it’s not a good app. It’s poor business and they take advantage of their customers in this way. It’s just an add for another app. Don’t download or pay it’s a waste of time.
They make it difficult to unsubscribe and will continually charge your card. I had already emailed them and they suggested I go another route to cancel instead of just cancelling. 🙄
Do not recommend, at all. No real information, not that useful, and incredibly hard to cancel the—expensive!—subscription. Do not download.
