Fraudulent Application with Unauthorized Charges and Poor Customer Service
I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a fraudulent application that has been deducting monthly charges from my account without my authorization or use. Despite never subscribing to or using this service, I found myself being billed every month. To make matters worse, my attempts to contact their customer service have been utterly futile. No one responds to emails, and the phone lines are either constantly busy or go unanswered. The complete lack of customer support is unacceptable and has caused me a great deal of frustration and inconvenience. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel my credit card and go through the hassle of obtaining a new one to stop these unauthorized charges. This experience has been highly stressful and has significantly eroded my trust in online services. I strongly advise others to stay away from this application to avoid similar issues
