Scam
Misleading charges, impossible to manage subscription
I downloaded this app after completing a survey that asked for $1 to access the results. I never received the promised results, and despite canceling the subscription immediately, I was charged $29.99 per month for 5 months without my consent.
The subscription does not appear in the iPhone subscription list, making it impossible to cancel easily. Additionally, the app makes the cancellation process unnecessarily complicated.
I strongly advise against this app. Beware of misleading practices and check your bank statements carefully
Ok, but I feel robbed
Cancelling options are not clear at all and after the trial i just didnt like it but they charged a whole month anyways 😕
ARNAQUE!!!
Do not buy
Do not buy or subscribe to this scam.
I bought the app but didn‘t sign up for any extra subscriptions since I do not have the money for it at the moment. Yet they charged four seperate payments each of about €30 to my card without any additional information on what these payments are for (I had opened they app only once since buying).
I have now sent an email requesting they retract these fees and will be waiting for their response.
AVOID - subscription scam
i paid 1$ for personality test. a week later i'm notified i'm charged the subscription fee. i wrote the team instantly and they said they won't refund me the fee, even though i wrote them so soon.
they sneakily hide their subscription scam in text. AVOID
Money money money!
probably the infos when you unlock all the features you are broke and a bit bbetter informed. would not recommend it. super nice design and well written but unfortunately they love mental health but above all YOUR MONEY.
Cancellation a major hassle
App not what I expected in terms of quality and it won’t let me cancel. Have reached out to customer service. Very bad.
stay away!!
it's a scam. I have cancelled the subscription per email and they still just take the money off my credit card
Scam
Do not fall for this. The free trial period is short and contrary to what they say you will not get a reminder. You will be automatically charged further so do not disclose your payment details. Plus it‘s a nightmare to delete the subscription, as nothing shows up in your iphone settings! And: the app content is gimmicky. Stay away!
The only way to cancel the subscription is writing them an email there is no other way!
It cost me $40+usd to figure this out because they manage to get you suscribes even if you delete your information from the app and make sure you don’t have a subscription in the App Store.
This app is not great specially the price for what you get. I tried to cancel it and thought I did when deleting the app and my data from it but I kept receiving charges in my card.
I managed to contact them by email and then they did the cancellation and reinsbursment of the last payment. But it is definitely a very scammy approach the one they have.
