My card had been charged twice last month for the app (although I unsubscribed) and I sent an email to customer service who assured me that my subscription has been cancelled and i get charged again this month! Customer support aren’t responding and they aren’t useful! Can anyone help me git rid of this?!!

Even I cancel the subscription within the trial period, they charged me 18.80, I had to cancel my card
Ho scaricato l’app per il risultato del test, una volta fatto il login ho dovuto RIfare il test. Ho dovuto pagare 1USD richiesto dall’app per il risultato, essendo una cifra abbordabile ho pagato tramite paypal. Ho accettato la prova gratuita di 7 giorni, e subito dopo sono andata nell’area ‘iscrizioni’ del mio cloud per annullare il pagamento automatico (lo faccio con tutte le app a pagamento). Stanotte mi arriva la notifica di un pagamento automatico di 19,99USD che io non ho mai autorizzato.
Mi hanno addebitato €18,35 dalla carta senza che io abbia mai nemmeno terminato la creazione di un account né sottoscritto un abbonamento.
i like the app so far but is very sad that you need to activate this trial thing of 7 days for just a personality test. Mental health is important and i can't believe people are using people disorders to make money this way. The games are relaxing but too simple and don't satisfy you enough. I wouldn't recommend :/

This showed up as an add on my TikTok and it really has helped me discover things about myself that I honestly never knew😂 very thankful I found this app to use as a tool!!
They charged me for something I never bought essentially double charging me. I was only supposed to be charged $1 for the trial period but they also charged me for some dumb pdf I never ordered. They have an F with the Better Business Bureau.
