网线问题

网线最近很不稳定一直乱跳没有网络

Bad connection

Even with 5G activated and and having full bar of reception sometimes cannot send or receive messages from WhatsApp.

App setting

How do i change the settings on the app to view my bills as I accidentally chose the movie viewing settings.

full of advertisement and the rate not very good. got vivifi, zym, simba much better. the m1 network also poor always Loose service

Worst connection quality amongst all

No access to internet half of the day

Porting is terrible when old number isn’t yours

Terrible communication internally and bad app experience causing porting manually a disaster. Seriously, customer service should stop asking repeated questions when I have answered in those long slew of conversation thread. Now, I’m getting no reception in the lift. Not too good idea when you are tapping on M1 resources.

Horrible service with cheating customers

Enabled roaming on 31st, a plan for 30 days as advertised. Only to find they charged the same amount for a day and then again on 1st for the next month. 1. Shouldn’t have done that 2. If they really wanna exploit, at least alert the customer that they will be charged the 30 day amount even for a day.

Network Reliability is Bad

I took the 5G add-on and the network is very bad even above ground. Especially at my office area (Harbourfront), it will drop to 4G. Underground is worse. All internet based app either become very slow or totally not responsive. Gonna find another telco to switch out.

Scam

I didn’t subscribe to any unlimited data add on but they charged me. I just signed up and i saw they give 1 or 3 months unlimited data. But truth is they charged you for it. Really unethical disgusting tactic. I signed up with CIS and got 150GB monthly forever, more than enough data for a month so why would i add on unlimited data. Makes no freaking sense. And my monthly is showing as $20+ monthly, when i signed up it’s supposed to be $15 monthly. Stay away from circles life if you don’t want to get conned of your hard earned money by them. Really not recommended.
