I do not know what’s going on with the app. I can never order through the app. I always have to go online to place my order. The App is trash!

Vanishing rewards
So first off seriously, from what I’m seeing in reviews with disappearing points, or in my case my buy one get one free rewards vanishing… your app developer team needs to add (just like the Chick-fil-a app does) is to let customers go into the app and if they see points were not loaded into their account after a purchase. The ability to use their receipt from that purchase and enter that information of their proof of purchase into the app so they can then “as a backup” get their purchase points received. Just incase of an comm issue at time of purchase or they simply forgot to give the phone number or scan QR code tied to their account for claiming of points. Update now I’m losing points without doing anything what a terrible app period.. learn something from chick fil a as you can view your purchase history for in store purchases right on the app plus enter your receipt if for some reason you didn’t get your points for purchases in store. You guys seriously need to get your app fixed it’s pathetic how terrible your app is…

Throws an error about a token when trying to place an order, so the app is basically useless for me.
Worst App I have ever used…
Tried to order delivery and use a gift card but all that occurred was error after error. Never actually got it ordered… worst app ever

I ordered in the app then when I picked up they got my order wrong and gave my husband a waffle bowl with a huge hole in it. I couldn’t go back in because we had already left. Very poor customer service.

I’m a busy full-time working mother of 4. When I need to order something online, I need it to be quick. 1) The locations that are not available for delivery should not be allowed to select. Maybe gray it out? OR Say in bright-yellow-Highlighted with Red lettering: THIS LOCATION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY, AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP ONLY. Or something along those lines. Took me a very long time (24 hours) to figure out why my order was not starting the process. 2) Allow Guest to make an order in store. I walked in at approximately 12:00pm (noon,pacific time) on June 23, 2024. I asked if I can place an order. She said “unfortunately you cannot place an order in-store, you Have to order Online.” I said “what do you have the sizes available in the window? Small-round, Large-round, small-rectangle, and large-rectangle?” Lady did not have an answer, only replied “sorry, but I cannot take orders, all guests Have to place the cake orders Online.” I wanted to customize my sons birthday cake, he specifically wanted vanilla and the sweet cream ice cream part Mixed and not layered. And online had only round cakes available and not rectangle cakes. 3) At the time I was trying to fill in the box online to customize the cake. I had to abbreviate all the words the best of my ability. Only allowed 30 words allowed, including the spaces between. Instead of spaces I had to capitalize and keep the words together so I can include AT LEAST ONLT HALF of my customizations. (E.g. IceCreamMixVanilla&SwtCrm&Oreo) I wanted to make one more small adjustment or recommendation incase they ran out of space to write “HAPPY (age) BIRTHDAY (4letter name)” and was not sure where or if they were gonna ask me if I was okay for them to put the whole Oreo Cookies on another area of the cake. Like on the outer edge of the cake, etc. 4) Because the sizes of the rectangle cakes were not available online, instead of ordering 2 round cakes, I had to order 2x of the ice cream cupcakes, 2x Reese‘s cups ice cream, and 2x ice cream sandwiches.
