PREREQUISITES

• Camera: for photo transfers to read invoices, remittance slips or QR codes
• Microphone: to use call from-within-the-app function
• Location approval: to search for ATMs and branches
• Contacts: to send money to your contacts
• Network: the app requires an internet connection to the bank. To check the connection, we need the right to view the network status.
• Hard-/software checks of your device: At runtime, we check known, security-relevant attack vectors (e.g. rooted/jailbreak, malicious apps, etc.)
• faceID usage: to make easier login for the customers

Nicht sehr Gut

Es gibt oft Probleme mit der App und Probleme mit der Bezahlung über Photo Tan in Bezug auf die Kreditkarte und Face I.D beim IPhone….Und wenn man einmal einen persönlichen Absprechparter benötigt oder Bargeld…gibt es kaum Filialen oder Automaten. Andere Banken sind wesentlich besser.

Schön, aber wenig übersichtlich

Sehr schön gestaltet, reagiert sehr schnell, aber leider ein wenig unübersichtlich, da ich nimmer weiß, wo ich Karten-Sektion finde.

schlechteste App

Diese App ist wohl die schlechteste App, die eine Bank nur haben kann: kaum brauchbare Funktionen und ständig muss das Kundenservice angerufen werden, weil man sich wieder mal nicht einloggen kann

Naja

Es wird ständig doppelt abgerechnet nach 2 Tagen bis 1 Woche stimmt der Kontostand wieder. Das nervt wirklich. Ist mir schon öfters passiert!

Neueste Version fehlerhaft

Mit der neuesten Version 11.17.2 kann ich mich nicht einloggen. Es kommt - auf all meinen Handies - die Meldung dass ein Fehler vorliegt. Bitte beheben!!

ich wünschte die österr. Banken hätten so eine App

Gut aber mir fehlt etwas

Ich möchte nicht soviel Apps auf meinem iPhone haben, also verwende ich diese und nicht mehr die Kontostand App. Aber jetzt geht mir die Anbindung an die Apple Watch ab. Warm kann man bei dieser App keine Verbindung zur Apple Watch machen???

Mobil ins Ausland

Grundsätzlich eine solide App. leider ohne wesentliche Extras Auslandsüberweisungen sind nicht möglich und die TAN Verwaltung mittels Liste ist zur echten Mobilität kontraproduktiv. Das geht - wissentlich - auch einfacher mittels mobiler TAN, die man per SMS erhält. Aber die Basics bietet sie einfach und verständlich.

Sehr gut umgesetzt und auch für nicht EDV Gurus leicht zu verstehen
