It worked when I was linked to photoTAN. Suddenly this link to photoTAN no longer works and I am locked out of my account. Why can’t Face ID be enough. Compared with N26 this app is dreadful

The IT and user interface are in dire need of a thorough and comprehensive update. Embarrassing.
This is worst worst and worst banking app ever! Nothing works properly. Hellooo? Are you still living in 90s? Catch up with the pace of technology a bit!
I am used to transfer of funds between accounts taking seconds not days and with no charge.
The worst banking app I had so far, transactions are not showing up for days sometimes weeks so I never know how much I spent currently and have to take notes- whats the point of the app then? I am thnking of switching to different bank because of this. I never know how much money I truly have on my account and thats really bad. When I went to the branch for help they said they dont know why is this. Great help…
I’m not particularly good at technology so this is so very easy and most convenient
The best in Germany by a mile. Shame they did not let me open business accounts with themselves. Highly recommended.
I use CB for my European Business and this app works really well especially with the PhotoTAN app - It would be good if the U.K. accounts have the same - The fact that it is in 2 languages and works seamlessly is also a plus
Totally unacceptable that a bank of that size and scale doesn’t have an automated English telephone line....
The app is not able to keep up with movement of funds, continuously showing wrong balances. I was told by customer service to rather use the desktop app for correct depiction of funds, instead of the app. ☹️
