PREREQUISITES
• Camera: for photo transfers to read invoices, remittance slips or QR codes
• Microphone: to use call from-within-the-app function
• Location approval: to search for ATMs and branches
• Contacts: to send money to your contacts
• Network: the app requires an internet connection to the bank. To check the connection, we need the right to view the network status.
• Hard-/software checks of your device: At runtime, we check known, security-relevant attack vectors (e.g. rooted/jailbreak, malicious apps, etc.)
• faceID usage: to make easier login for the customers
NOTE
With iOS, rights are always assigned in groups. So, we need to request permissions for all topics, even if we only need one permission from the group. We use these rights only for the purposes mentioned here, within the app, and do not access your personal data. A detailed explanation can be found further down in the App Store, at the link "Privacy Policy".

Super outdated app with extremely limited banking functionality: transactions are reflected on the account with several DAYS lag, no chat with support, invoices / state fees / taxes do not automatically appear in the account, payments only via IBAN/phone number (you cannot pay for cellular services from the app, for example), checks from your transactions are not visible in the app, very poor analytics. That’s something you do not expect from the bank in 2022. However, its limited functionality works stable.
outdated information
The application does not show the current account balance. I spent money, but I do not know how much is left in my account. I think this is not allowed for a banking application. The user should see the movements on his account and the balance of funds in real time, and not 3-4 days after the transaction
Can not login!
App is weird. UI is not friendly. No any Russian bank has such bad app. The app is all what we, your customers need! Spend more money and effort! Look on the competitors! Think out of the box about what customer needs!
The app doesn‘t work since the latest update.
IT-quality „made in Germany“ as it is! Guys, you are a bank, just to remind you. Please don‘t advise me to choose another bank as a solution. Just make your bank better!

One of the worst banking applications I’ve ever seen. You, guys, stuck in 2010s - stone age of internet banking.

Good design, but lack of necessary features from previous version
After update app looks nice, but that’s all. Previous version has useful features like search within transactions history, or I was able not to enter each time all transaction details of - they were added automatically from previous transaction to the recipient. Also, I am not able to manage recipients list. Only through desktop website.
