• Camera: for photo transfers to read invoices, remittance slips or QR codes
• Microphone: to use call from-within-the-app function
• Location approval: to search for ATMs and branches
• Contacts: to send money to your contacts
• Network: the app requires an internet connection to the bank. To check the connection, we need the right to view the network status.
• Hard-/software checks of your device: At runtime, we check known, security-relevant attack vectors (e.g. rooted/jailbreak, malicious apps, etc.)
• faceID usage: to make easier login for the customers
NOTE
With iOS, rights are always assigned in groups. So, we need to request permissions for all topics, even if we only need one permission from the group. We use these rights only for the purposes mentioned here, within the app, and do not access your personal data. It really has to get improved!
1. It just doesn’t feel right, that you don’t have the possibility to reschedule or cancel money transfers that have already been scheduled. 2. Where is the option to download and share receipt of bank transfers? I have already sent the these critics to Commezbank more than one year ago and nothing happened until now. Its a real shame.
Best Bank App Ever
Everything is easy and quick. Works flawlessly! I also like the new Giropay option that showed up for me. It’s very easy to use. Also love the feature that I can scan the SEPA-Zahlschein and the data is copied to my screen. This saves a lot of time.
Latest version not working
After latest update the app stop working, an error occur without showing the error number, only that you’re working on it. I have to access my account!
Very bad experience with this Bank
I had a bunch of problems since I created my account in this bank. Very bad experience for the customer.
No English version available
The app is very good, but there’s no English version.

Missing critical stuffs for a banking app
A great banking app should provide some basic features like: Specially for UE * multi-language support * alphanumeric keyboard I have a very basic use till now, but the first impressions was not too good. To make a transfer for an Ireland bank I had to copy the IBAN select the pre-filled IBAN starting with DE00000 and paste.
