Worst bank ever
Try to give my employee access. Takes more than 6 months… no one responses to repeated mails. We are client with several European bank and Commerzbank is by far the worst!

• Network: the app requires an internet connection to the bank. To check the connection, we need the right to view the network status.
• Hard-/software checks of your device: At runtime, we check known, security-relevant attack vectors (e.g. rooted/jailbreak, malicious apps, etc.)
• faceID usage: to make easier login for the customers
NOTE
With iOS, rights are always assigned in groups. So, we need to request permissions for all topics, even if we only need one permission from the group. Foutieve Positie scherm
Sinds de laatste update wordt het scherm wisselend in portret of landscape weer gegeven. Maar dan valt wel een deel weg. Hinderlijk. Door op het icoontje „kantelen“ re onder te klikken kun je het rechtzetten, maar meteen maakt de app weer de fout om het scherm te kantelen.

Wenig komfortabel
Zwei Sterne weil ich mit der App bezahlen und überweisen kann. Ich habe auch ein Konto bei der Rabo-Bank in den Niederlanden. Zwischen den Apps liegen Welten. Die App der Commerzbank ist unübersichtlich, wenig komfortabel und bietet dem Nutzer wenig Möglichkeiten. Es beginnt schon damit, dass ich mein iPad senkrecht benutzen muss, weil die App sich nicht dreht. Das wurde vor 10 Jahren schon besser programmiert. Oder, neues iPad gekauft, die App funktionierte nicht mehr. Kein Hinweis was man selber machen kann oder muss, nur eine Fehlermeldung mit der man nichts anfangen kann. Resultat, ein gesperrtes Konto. Mein Tipp, rechts und links gucken was die anderen Banken anbieten. Für so eine große und renommierte Bank ist diese App ein Trauerspiel.

The totals are updated very slow. I have been caught out several times were the app indicated that sufficient funds were available but card payments in the shop were rejected.
Deutsch Bank
Die Deutsch Bank ist Supertoll, einsame klasse. Personal in Goch am Markt ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit: gut für mich als Kunde, gut für die Bank! Viel Glück und Erfolg Willem de Jong.
