• Camera: for photo transfers to read invoices, remittance slips or QR codes
• Microphone: to use call from-within-the-app function
• Location approval: to search for ATMs and branches
• Contacts: to send money to your contacts
• Network: the app requires an internet connection to the bank. To check the connection, we need the right to view the network status.
• Hard-/software checks of your device: At runtime, we check known, security-relevant attack vectors (e.g. rooted/jailbreak, malicious apps, etc.)
• faceID usage: to make easier login for the customers
NOTE
With iOS, rights are always assigned in groups. So, we need to request permissions for all topics, even if we only need one permission from the group. We use these rights only for the purposes mentioned here, within the app, and do not access your personal data. Hi! I am trying to reach customer service to learn why the payments from virtual card is not shown in my account. However couldnt get through an English speaking customer service. I am worried and it’s very stressful to use a bank with so limited English services

The reduces reflects to the account in delay
Hello, I generally like the application but the payment reducements reflects into the account in delay. If I do a shopping in the weekend, the reduces happens in Monday or so, same for withdrawals. I hope it will get faster. I assume the app can get better. Thank you for your contributions so far
