PREREQUISITES

• Camera: for photo transfers to read invoices, remittance slips or QR codes
• Microphone: to use call from-within-the-app function
• Location approval: to search for ATMs and branches
• Contacts: to send money to your contacts
• Network: the app requires an internet connection to the bank. To check the connection, we need the right to view the network status.
• Hard-/software checks of your device: At runtime, we check known, security-relevant attack vectors (e.g. rooted/jailbreak, malicious apps, etc.)
• faceID usage: to make easier login for the customers

NOTE

Slowest bank ever

A transaction is shown after decades. Unlike other bank which I have an account, Commerzbank shows a transaction after 2-3 days in the app

App is good but there is a issue/bug

Unable to activate Apple Pay with virtual debit card. When tried for activating it says currently you don’t have commerzbank bank credit card eligible for Apple Pay. It’s not proceeding for option to use virtual debit card. This issue is seen during reactivating (Had a virtual debit card in apple wallet, wallet was reset and trying to activate again)

Please update in English

Hi , App is very good in both DE and EN languages which is quite good. Also the speed of amount transfer to other banks can be better. And receiving amounts should be in ‘Q’ to know the customer what he is going to get in coming days. Now showing only deduction amounts, same way can do for receiving amounts. Thanks.

Terrible update

Since the new update the application isn’t opening!

Cant login since past few days

Always getting an error when I try to login into the app, please fix this so I can give 5 star

After update- No more login possible

After a recent update the app crashes always . Login is no more possible with app . Always get a message error message with a warning symbol!

New version update on 04 Jun is not working.

After entering credentials, it just says that there was an error, call call center. Please check

Very Professional and approachable

I am an expat in Germany living in Munich, got reference from one of my friend to get open an account in Commerz bank and I am very much satisfied with there services. Mostly I am using mobile app to perform transactions and it good as it’s available in English language.
