PREREQUISITES

• Camera: for photo transfers to read invoices, remittance slips or QR codes
• Microphone: to use call from-within-the-app function
• Location approval: to search for ATMs and branches
• Contacts: to send money to your contacts
• Network: the app requires an internet connection to the bank. To check the connection, we need the right to view the network status.
• Hard-/software checks of your device: At runtime, we check known, security-relevant attack vectors (e.g. rooted/jailbreak, malicious apps, etc.)
• faceID usage: to make easier login for the customers

Март 2024 Баланс счета покупок из супермаркета ( оплата через эппл пей кошелек) отражается через неделю если не дольше, еще до сих пор жду, чат в самом приложении не работает и подвисает, некоторые вещи почему то нудно делать через браузер а не приложение, так же на счет поступают деньги раз в месяц но все равно сняли € за контофюрунг.

Balance

Sometimes it takes more then a week, to see what was payed and how much money left on account. How can it be SO slowly in 2024 in Germany? In other countries it shows balance in one second after payment, it doesn’t wait till money come to recipient. More important person who payed sees the rest and can plan better.

Symbol

Warum hat sich das Symbol meiner App geändert? Jetzt habe ich alle 7 Farben des Regenbogens in meiner Bewerbung. Warum wurden meine Rechte als heterosexueller Mann verletzt? Niemand hat mich gefragt, es tut weh und ich mag es nicht. Ich fand Ihre Bank seriöser.

Can’t use the app after update

I can’t use the app now, because I haven’t got IOS 14 on my phone, but I can’t have IOS 14, because my phone isn’t new enough to handle it. What should I do with it?? How should I use banking now?

The most terrible application I’ve ever worked with

I spent several months (from February 2023) trying to validate the option which allows to send the e-mail with the bank statement. The bank officers changed the password for the application several time - they thought that it will help. I deleted and downloaded this application several times according to their suggestions. All in vain. Now is the end of April and I am really mad with so much time i waisted for so simple thing. And the support within the application is totally useless. Each time I have to go to the bank department and stay long queues to get a useless advise

Nach dem letzten Update ist es nicht mehr möglich, sich beim ersten Mal in der App anzumelden - es wird kein Passwort eingegeben

Delayed balance

It’s 2023 and the application still not able to handle to display actual balance, most often my balance is 2-3 days late, it’s create a lot of problems for me

Wallet Balance

Need to do more improvement because i get money and i use but still not see how much balance is pending in my wallet , they showing old balance , that's not good , and application also very slow ☹️

App is getting better, but…

Still no proper English version. Half of the app is still in German. And are you going to fix the bug with transactions affecting the balance only 1-2 days later?
