Biased Reporting
Consistently biased reporting on Canadian and foreign events. The government should not be funding this institution.
Poorly designed
The team who made this app has very questionable taste. Please just copy your Radio-Canada counterpart cuz that one looks way better.

Tired of your ads
I am really getting tired of your 30-40 sec ads for a 30 sec video. I used to really like the CBC app and am now thinking of deleting it.
Videos
Why do videos take so long to load? It’s like CBC is good to use if you have a high speed internet connection that you can only get in the big cities but if your a rural user it takes forever to watch any videos on this app.

Just went to check out local news on the CBC News App. Three video commercials before you can see the story you’re interested. sorry…..won’t do it. Have now deleted the app!
Ads galore

Useless, frustrating app.
Every news video is preceded by an AD video and almost every one of those videos freezes. Not at all worth using. Get the same news elsewhere!
