Where is retrospective midi capture

I am a longtime Cubase user on the Mac and I was told this version would very likely have midi capture capability. WHERE IS IT??? I’ve paid premium for this app and a watered down version of the functionality is simply not acceptable.

1 problem and pls fix it.
