Poorly balanced
Very poorly balanced game. Imagine having a defensive build and one entire chapter blocks all shields. Or a card rotation build nerfed by toxin that grows with each card draw. It’s just infuriating.

I must say that this is great game and finally we’ve got something accessible for screen reading software I spent hours on playing it
Very enjoyable, filling the gap left by Slay the Spire
I love this game! There are so many cards to choose from and i can see myself getting entertained by this game for hundreds of hours. Thank you so much for making this game accessible.
Complex, addictive, and extremely fun! This game has everything. Best of all it’s completely accessible to visually impaired people which is great. I’ve always wanted to play something like this. Absolutely recommended you won’t regret it
I would rank this alongside Slay the Spire and Monster Train as one of the most addictive and satisfying deckbuilders out there. Been a lover of StS for a long time and struggled to find anything out there that scratched a similar itch. Dawncaster did it.
Very fun game! Any chance you would add a limitless mode? So you can keep going after beating the final boss
Really enjoying this game. I've not had any of the bugs mentioned in a couple of other comments, and one 1* for having the option to donate a coffee - grow up, it's another way of raising funds for the development. You'll get quite a few hours for your £5, ill be buying the expansions soon once I've spent some more time in the base game
This is such a fun game. So many character classes, each with completely different deck building styles for you to choose from which gives it infinite replay-ability. Eg. If you choose rogue, will you specialise in poison-dealing cards or in charming the opponent into submission? Or perhaps you prefer to try a knight, with cards that deal damage using divine magic or just go all out melee? The game has lots of different mechanics but they’re super easy to pick up due to how well everything is explained and laid out. I’ve played countless hours upon hours and haven’t grown tired of the base game yet. Might look into the expansions once I manage to beat the game with every class available - 3 more to go!
Where are all these guys with rave reviews coming from. It a good looker and the idea is good. Just one example - in the Swamps at level 2 I came on this creature as big as a house, whittled him down, then he regenerated, touched him down again, then he regenerate again….it’s just stupid bad programming. More money down the Swanee. At least I didn’t buy them a coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
