Tech makes things more difficult
Lightening thing doesn’t load details. Customer service booths require long walks to get to.
Disneyland see people as credit cards
The app, the service and the entire experience is only about making money off of people. This will be the last time I ever attend this park and support this greedy corporation.
Waiting time are not real
When walking to see waiting times are double on almost all rides. Unbearable amount of people in the park. Expensive and overrated experience for that price.

U r paying that amount of money and u spend your time waiting in line. Average time is around one hour. Waste of money

Why is it so complicated?
Make it simpler!!! It’s not fun to have to work the app and spend your day on the phone booking attractions and food. So so so user unfriendly.

No value for LL. you can order them only 1. Once you are in the park 2. One booking every 2 hours Ridiculous, no value for money
