It is impossible to call the help service

I am trying to buy tickets but it seems that Disney doesn’t care about helping when the website fails!

Problems with region

Because I write in English but live in Holland this confuses the app and keeps sending me to the UK site then I cannot see my bookings.

I love it

Very poor app

The ticket scanning and the calendar worked well. However, for a company that make fantastic films using the latest effects and technology this is a really poor app. Key issues: 1. Rendering of the map. On both Disney WiFi or a 5G connection it did not seem to have the ability to cache the actual map. Constant reloading and slow. 2. When you had entered a park, I would have assumed that the default map layout would be the park you were in. Given the map performance pinching the screen could send you into a other park. Also the orientation of the map should match the paper version which we had to get. this applies Adventureland 3. Ease of use: I was not able to figure out how to book a restaurant. Most of the cast also did not know. 4. The concept of completing an action in 3 clicks was clearly not a design criteria. I pity anyone with any form of disability for trying to use this app. Thanks

Error in processing orders

I tried purchasing tickets many time with no luck. It gave errors

Who is your developer, Donald Duck?

This app is very confusing. Haven’t encountered such a poor app in a long time. Making a reservation is cumbersome. Navigating through the various fields is not intuitive. Genie+ is the greatest rip off by Disney.

America’s worst

Disneyland Loa Angelen is too expensive, too crowdy and the waitinglanes are way too long. All the big themeparcs in Europe, including eurodisney, are far better, cheaper and the staff is far more friendly. Disneyland Los Angeles is america’s worst. Too bad for this great Country!

Too complicated

Take a look around in your park and see how many people are trying to figure things out in your app! The idea of the app is perfect and if more structure were to be added and less extra information, people would be spending more time looking around instead of looking constantly at their screen and discussing with their families about how things work.
