On the phone all the time
The app is complicated and the Genie+ is not helpful at all and the lighning lane is really not parctical. It forces you to be on your phone all the time to book for an attraction or cancel one to be able to book another one!! Not a good way to enjoy Disney!!

Time losses in genie + booking, bad experience
Useless
Useless app. Nothing really work. Booked tickets via the app, guess what? The amount credited from my account and there was a system error. How to solve the issue. Chatting in the app didn’t provide solutions. I have to queue for 2.5 hours to talk to the ticket window!!! Really!!! Delete the app and go directly to the ticketing window without the hassle. I think useless is more than what this app deserves
Unsatisfactory
After-pass ticket should be fast-acting and not based on time, so one can go to any game he/she likes and ride with a free-pass! Not via booking and only booking one game each time. This is a waist of time, money, and energy going from games to another for the Park is too huge to cover quickly.

We had a decent time despite multiple rides breaking down, too many people and ridiculously long lines.

This is a great app it helps when your at Disneyland you can order food and you can book a lightning lane and you can check the standby waits that is why I think Disneyland is a great place and app
Won’t log in
When I put in my username and password, it goes right back to asking me for my username and password.
Disney is becoming a scam
It’s a scam there’s no way you can plan your day with this program take in consideration that attractions break down as it happened today!! Consumers really need to read the fine print when purchasing extra packages more then often you won’t get the benefits I remember with the fast pass was normal you pay extra you ride faster now is you pay extra plus extra. Plus extra depending on the rides you want to go in SO CONSUMERS BE ALERT pretty soon Disneyland will charge us extra if we breath more then normal
