Linking tickets
Tried multiple times to link my tickets but the barcodes were not accepted. Also couldn’t get technical support to resolve the issue. This needs to be fixed for a smoother experience.
Terrible booking experience
It took 2.5 hours to book tickets for the theme park. I could not do from my phone and had to book from a computer in the end. Total waste of time
Disneyland 15.8.24
Fastrack needs to be booked and then you’re limited to booking one ride at a time. Pointless paying for it. Bought a hotdog for $10. It was tiny and didn’t taste good. The cheese dip with mickey pretzel was tasteless even though I paid extra. The pretzel itself was like cardboard. We’ve been on 3 rides, 2 of which broke down whilst we were on it. We are 2.5 hours into our visit. Not impressed
Ticket booking button did not work
The App is great, but just the Ticket system was Brocken it seems. Had to go in line and purchase a ticket the „old fashioned“ way ;)
Horrendous
This is an app that is trying to achieve way too much and doing it all very poorly. Menu structure is a mess meaning navigation of the settings to get even the simplest task done is a nightmare. Even the process of linking tickets mean bouncing between app and desktop browser as the app cannot do it all. I’d happily pay extra to have a physical ticket or card and never have to open this mess of a app again.

Rubbish Won’t link the ticket number to the app
Can’t book the tickets or get into the app
Been advised on the app to go onto the app and update my address and number as having issues with my ticket purchase. Can’t log into the app sgain now since 8am so now stuck on how to get my tickets whilst on holiday from the UK.
Awful - very hard to follow.
