Can’t book the tickets or get into the app

Been advised on the app to go onto the app and update my address and number as having issues with my ticket purchase. Can’t log into the app sgain now since 8am so now stuck on how to get my tickets whilst on holiday from the UK.

Awful - very hard to follow.

App and genie plus are awful

Fantastic

Great app that really helps manage your visit with wait times in near real time. I also loved that you can book dining both in advance and on the day through the app - saving time in queues and letting you grab extra time on rides or with the characters. Recommend this to first time or frequent visitors and download in advance (as new features are being added regularly) to learn all the little hints and tips it provides. Been 4 times with this app and never been let down. Wish other visitor attractions had such a great app as this.

What an amazing adventure

We came with our daughter and her partner and our two granddaughters. Our granddaughters did not know our destination until Saturday 30th December but their faces were a delight when we told them. Three days in Disneyland bringing in the New Year we have all had the most wonderful time. Disney certainly put the magic in our Christmas break.

Useless!!

I’m trying to link tickets, to book park days and it won’t recognise the barcode! It gives me a US number to ring, which will cost me a fortune to call! Not helpful at all! It wouldn’t be so bad if I hadn’t been trying to do this for days!! Not happy, and it’s definitely taking away the magic of my trip!

First and probably the last time here at disneyland, paid extra for genie pass (man do I feel stupid now for doing so) so far only been able to reserve one ride, app locks you out for 2 hours before you can make another reservation, had to walk a distance just to refil my water bottle, waited 30 minutes for the Pinocchio ride only for it to break down, my daughter who was so excited this morning now just wants to sit down somewhere because she’s fed up with the experience, I want to write so much more but I am too angry to do so , thanks for a shocking bad experience

Great for Disney. You have to queue for hours and hours. People will have to come back again.
