In both the duo prompts in browser on my PC and the ✅/❌ process in the app are just needlessly slow. You cannot press yes from a notification and you must wait for the animation to finish playing before you can acknowledge a second prompt. Browser tabs must be open and allow the animation to play before redirecting or else it may time out even though you tapped yes. No authentication method should be this attention seeking.
Very elegant design
Great app - never had a problem with it. Easier than some of the others with the face unlocking etc.
Worst service received from ICT
I get nagged with popups asking of I am enjoying the app. Clicking “no” has no pathway; clearly just a tactic to boost reviews.
