“Terrible Experience with Etisalat: Poor Service, Delays, and Overcharging!”Hassement!!
I have had an extremely bad experience with Etisalat’s customer service. For the past 15 days, I have been trying to cancel my internet connection, but nothing has been resolved yet. It seems like Etisalat neither values its customers nor their time and money. This whole process has been nothing short of harassment. They call me only once a week, and each time I have to explain the same issue over and over again. Every time, they promise to call back, but nothing happens until another week later, and the cycle repeats. To make matters worse, their service isn’t even available in the place where I stay, yet they continue to delay the cancellation and try to charge me extra money—despite the fact that this entire situation is their fault. I even visited their store in person, hoping for a resolution, but even that didn’t help. My contract has still not been canceled despite all my efforts. This has been an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. I expected much better service from such a reputed company. Final Thoughts: If you’re considering Etisalat, think twice. Their poor customer service, lack of accountability, and attempts to overcharge customers for their own mistakes are not worth the headache.
