The customer service rep are not there to blame. It’s the whole etisalat system that sucks. Even when you go to an Etisalat shop , they can’t help you. Everything must be done on line. It’s not user friendly. I just hate this company. Very expensive and no proper service
Thank you for making this nice app. Only payment online on your website only works 1 out of 5 times. What a desaster. After 1 year in Dubai Etisalat is the only company who keeps giving me headaches.

Impossible to activate Waslgo
It crashes at each end of month! Useless app. Am tired of sending comments without any improvement.
Very disappointed. The app appears functional and easy however the payment system doesn't work! Called help center.. Their advice was to buy a physical prepaid card! Would advise Etisalat to review a telecommunications app that delivers what it promises; Vodafone NZ would be such an app.
It won't connect us to Technicle support, only virtual advisor will talk to irritate the customers, tried 30 plus time in 4 hours only to engage with virtual advisor who doesn't listen to is and it has it own way if advices which doesn't resolve the problem and no way to connect to the support team, uffff.
