Awful experience
I have been using this app for 1 month and it is awful… always crashes, can’t enter my account, endless loadings. Such a big company can’t make an app… Shame to have such app in 2023
This app is sh….t
Like many apps in uae. The service is the same as in a country that does not care about residents and guests. It doesn't work forever, the functions fall off.. and the prices for services are higher than any reason. At the same time, the lowest quality. Just like everyone else here. One dust in the eyes and show-offs.Example: milk, have you seen this donkey urine?

I try to open it, and it always crashes. Iphone 11, ios 15.6 , please fix it !!! And it became very slow after new icon!!

Etisalat is horrible app
I wasn’t availability to change tariff plan as there error appeared, I wasn’t available to chat with support as app directed to unknown page. This app is undeveloped
Terrible app
I bought a monthly package for visitors and it got expired earlier than 30 days. Then every action in the app triggers “Something went wrong” so I couldn’t even top up via the app. I have topped my account up via website, but the app still throws the “Something went wrong” errors and I have no clue whether new package has been re-activated. “Live” chat with a bot obviously can’t help. So in 2022 year all you can do to try solving your unexpected problem is to pay for a taxi and try going to the Etisalat office. If you think to use Etisalat - my advice to think twice before buying their sim.
Can’t pay
After open app, can’t pay my bill. Suddenly app closing
