Worst App Ever
Pathetic app. Take too long to load. Trying to pay bill using app took forever to proceed even after entering otp several time the session expires every time. Please make it better.

This app is super easy to pay bills. :) i am enjoying this app without any issues.
Unable to Start app & do something
I am using lattest version of the app & it keeps showing Etisalat logo on startup & doesn’t open. If opens it keeps stuck. I am using iPhone XS with iOS 16 (Updated) & My internet connection is working fine as well. Kindly fix this bug with your app.
Bad bad
It is very bad experience to use the app can not book an technical visit from the app or from anywhere . In technical section when tap on continue button it taps on issue resolved button and If buy chance i manage to tap on continue button it show error message and nothing happen Live chat also have limited answers even can not make a call to book a appointment Internet is down for 3 days now very very disappointed
Very bad service
Worst service ever i had in uae .. Very difficult to connect call center.. Very unprofessional staff .. No care for customers.. Its seems like its 1980 era regarding the technical issues addressed..
