I love Etisalat
The app is efficient, easy to work and very convenient. Payment is made with immediate affect and reminders are sent directly to your phone Thank you for a seamless application
App down (again)
App not working (once again). When I click “Buy Add On” the screen goes blank. The app is offline more than it is online. Very frustrating. Will be moving over to Virgin soon.

Slow and the app never loads and is always lagging.

Very poor app
The app won’t let you access it if you run out of data so be careful (they should allow free access to the app so you can at least recharge if needed). It is also very unreliable with credit cards. I very often have to use multiple cards until the transaction goes through. Lastly be careful if you select a package without having credit. This will be stored and cannot be canceled. As soon as you next recharge (even weeks later) that package which you may not want anymore will automatically go through. This must be one of the worst/most inconvenient apps I’ve come across from a phone provider. Very poor.
Etisalat Recharge
The app makes it so easy to recharge my account. It’s simple and quick.
App doesn’t work
The app does not work at all. It is either stuck on the Home Screen until I delete and reinstall the app. Once reinstalled the one time pin won’t enter. If I click back and try again it says I’ve used my limit (surely the limit is not one chance). When I request my balance from Etisalat manually, it says I have no data (however I do have data and my internet works fine). All round very unhappy with the app and Etisalat in general. Will be switching to Du ASAP.
