It’s incredibly user unfriendly and is full of bugs. I just spent half an hour trying to change my prepaid Wasel plan and couldn’t figure out how to do it. The only thing this app seems to be good at it is upselling you to postpaid plans that have absurdly high prices for small amounts of data. Oh, and there’s so much censorship that you can’t even make a WhatsApp call or use a dating app. 🤦♂️
It’s impossible to get a human to support you. The app has a not but it doesn’t work (it keeps ‘connecting’). There’s a WhatsApp number you can use but there’s a bot on there that can’t do anything useful. There’s also self service but, again, it doesn’t do much except tell you that everything looks fine. What a disaster.

Poor speed, constant crashes. Requires data on an etisalat network to use.
It won't connect us to Technicle support, only virtual advisor will talk to irritate the customers, tried 30 plus time in 4 hours only to engage with virtual advisor who doesn't listen to is and it has it own way if advices which doesn't resolve the problem and no way to connect to the support team, uffff.
