Stupid app has no security whatsoever. You kid can go and purchase thousands of aed in “addons” and “deals” with no confirmation from no one multiple times and the company offers no support or refund on these cases.
I have had an extremely bad experience with Etisalat’s customer service. For the past 15 days, I have been trying to cancel my internet connection, but nothing has been resolved yet. It seems like Etisalat neither values its customers nor their time and money. This whole process has been nothing short of harassment. They call me only once a week, and each time I have to explain the same issue over and over again. Every time, they promise to call back, but nothing happens until another week later, and the cycle repeats. To make matters worse, their service isn’t even available in the place where I stay, yet they continue to delay the cancellation and try to charge me extra money—despite the fact that this entire situation is their fault. I even visited their store in person, hoping for a resolution, but even that didn’t help. My contract has still not been canceled despite all my efforts. This has been an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. I expected much better service from such a reputed company. Final Thoughts: If you’re considering Etisalat, think twice. Their poor customer service, lack of accountability, and attempts to overcharge customers for their own mistakes are not worth the headache.

This app is not useful only I see in this app as glitches and refresh issue kindly, please fix this as soon as possible. This is very annoying and sometimes it starts from the loading screen. I don’t know what’s the problem with the UA apps Dubai civil in the UAE and it’s this all. Time west
Each update the mobile app froze on a page that displays choose primary account. I deleted snd downloaded again many times! I only use the website now… it’s a real shame to fail on something as easy as an app nowadays
I have been attempting to cancel an auto renewals subscription I sent C data to 1252 as instructed many time yet THEY KEEP RENEWING IT AND CHARGING ME EVERYDAY FOR IT ! Why is it so difficult to cancel a subscription what are you trying to do with this !!!!!! Why do I have to go all the way to their branch for someone to cancel it this is so frustrating and ridiculous!
Horrible app! To pay a bill you have to try 30 times! Nothing works! Delete it!
