Mostly great but has trouble loading at times
App is good but I have often experienced that it does not load the listings at all and even after closing it, and restarting the phone, I can still experience this issue.
just look up ebay's stalking scandal where ebay stalked the Steiner family
ebay administration did an harassment campaign against someone doing honest reviews of ebay, and they was in contact with hitmen when they got caught, some of the accountable in the higher positions is still not in prison and still working at ebay, doing businesses here could cost ur life it seems :s
Ridiculous service 👎
I’ve been trying to chat with an agent and the stupid automated assistant is keeping asking if I want to get a phone call from an agent. Can’t believe that it’s impossible to chat with an agent 👎👎👎

Disappointing experience
I downloaded the app and created an account. I live in Denmark but for some reason the app created a US account. I then went on eBay.de with this account to start selling in EU and immediately got a permanent suspension on my account. I contacted the customer support to find out what happened. They said that the suspension was permanent, based on my behavior pattern and that I could not ever again create an account with them, because they would suspend that one, too. For security reasons they did not tell me why all this. Later I found out from another source that some users have been exploiting the US accounts while selling in EU, so this could be the reason why my account got suspended - the eBay simply assumed that I was another one trying to exploit. First of all I never asked for a US account - this was the default setting in the app downloaded from the Danish App Store. Second, I wasn’t trying to exploit nor scam anyone, but their three different people in customer service with Hindi-sounding names would just give me prepared form answers without any kind of an individual approach or further investigation. Simply I am wrong and cannot ever use their services just because they assume I tried to exploit. This was my very first experience with eBay and I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessional approach.
