Love it that I can use a gift card that I buy from a store instead of having to put my credit card information each time that I want to buy something on eBay love the app always wanna buy
Sellers claiming can’t cancel order 1/2 later due to already shipped
Lying sellers saying items has shipped and can’t cancel when only I order 1/2 hour later then claim to cancel it and they denied it. I will only buy at Amazon from now on.
unethical business practices
This horrible company doesn't have a customer service unethical business practices app never works and your info not safe, thanks to apple's screen record and screen shoots review lives everywhere...
Fees
Seller fees are way too high. Basically not worth even selling here anymore. Fees charged on sales tax, ridiculous.

buying great, selling not so much
I love Ebay, if I'm doing the purchasing. There's negotiations, manners, respect and understanding the vast majority of the time. I've been selling on Ebay for years, on but these past couple of years it's really hard to make money. Not only are the fees high, but Ebay decided to take over the shipping costs. I was happily using an excellent, discounted postal service that saved money for me AND my customers! Now, I'm losing twice! REALLY hard to make money.

I find good used items sold at very reasonable prices.
