Unfriendly classic app
EBay used to be one of the premier apps for buying and selling both used and new items. However,changes to the terms and conditions have made them convoluted and unclear. Unfortunately, the customer service lacks clarity when addressing operations issues, often responding with generic, overly polite emails that offer no real solutions or explanations

They didn’t refund me
I hand a problem with a seller, I’ve payed 2 items and I received 1, eBay give me a date of stepping in and resolve my case but they didn’t refund me, what guarantee of money promises…
eBay fraud
There is a loophole on the ebay system. Seller can have an estimated delivery date months from paying the item. Customer support is incompetent their only answer is have to wait until delivery time elapses to be able to open a case then wait another two weeks to escalate etc while the seller uses the funds for 2 months without even uploading a tracking number. There should be proof of dispatch 2-3 days after purchase or the order should be cancelled

I want an easy method to delete multiple messages, or mass deleted them.

I try to report some scammers and I can’t from my iPad Pro . The interface could be better . Overall it’s on of my fav shops
