Checkout Error
Very buggy app. It always says checkout error. No option to add to cart. Checkout error does not explain what the error is. Useless.

this is how i used e-bay for the last 2 months, i never receive a single item here in the philippines, imagine you’ve to wait for almost a month then when the estimated due time arrived zero accomplishment you don’t have a choice but to ask or to beg for your refund. e-bay should exclusively for american or european user only.
