eBay online shopping & selling

I am extremely disappointed with how this seller handled my order and with eBay’s lack of support in this situation. I purchased an item almost two months ago, and I still haven’t received it. The seller keeps blaming me, saying I need to contact the post office, even though it is their responsibility to ensure I receive the item or get a refund. It feels like I’ve been scammed. The seller is avoiding their responsibility, and it seems like they are deliberately stalling to avoid issuing a refund. I expected eBay to protect buyers in such cases, but so far, I haven’t received any help or resolution. I strongly advise others to be cautious when buying from this seller and hope eBay takes action to ensure buyers are protected in the future.

Don’t use eBay anymore. It’s just bad. There is no customer support and they will never answer. There is no mail address either. Use Amazon or Temu they are much better.

Cant copy and paste . The app was better before. I always use eBay but now is always trubble.

I got the ebay app due to a promise of cheap computer parts, and they delivered on that promise. I bought a Arc a770 graphics card and saved almost 100$ (would have been more if I lived in the US) I haven’t bought anything after that point but there’s a few items I’m interested in. I noticed however that I am no longer allowed to bid on stuff and thingemabobs as I have engaged in activities that “doesn’t follow our policies”. No further explanation and no explanation on how I can rectify this mistake. I haven’t gotten a mail or message or anything, I’m really confused. The graphic card was expensive sure, but I paid for it the day after I won the auction. I would love to give the app a higher rating but as I’m not allowed to use the full functionality of the app for no apparent reason, I can’t.

Hi They delete your purchase so you don’t get a refund. They don’t have a easy way of getting the money back on “money back Garantie “ No one to contact and no support

The seller only knows how to curse customers and is vulgar and uncultured

It has good items for sale but its hard to create a listing it isnt easy in the app like other apps

Brexit is over and UK, they left the EU. So EBAY leave UK in EU searches as if that is gonna keep us Europeans buying from Ebay in UK. Allllll it does is piss us off and we close the app, and go shop elsewhere. We want to be able to EXCLUDE UK, USA, CHINA, ALLLLLL THE PLACES THAT ARE NOT IN THE EU. WE WILL NOT PAY DUTY FEES FOR “imports from UK” no way in hell. NO ONE in their right mind wants to have an algorithm remove most the results and provide us some garbage spam listings…. So we leave. We come to search for something from sellers in Europe, or BETTER YET IN OUR OWN COUNTRY SUCH AS SWEDEN, AND NOOOOOO WE DONT WANT TO BUY CHINESE KNOCKOFFS FROM TRADERA ( ebay spin off franchise junk site for Swedes) Instead of simply being able to find listings from other Swedes we are offered copy paste listings from China and Japan and nonsense from USA ( whom 25% couldn’t find Sweden on Google maps and half of them would argue that the planet is a disk and Sweden doesn’t exist. ) My point is Ebay needs to have a EUROPEAN SITE, drop that UK SITE in a sandbox or let them and “USA #1” fight it out and leave us out of the circus, they left. We don’t , wont, absolutely will not pay duty fees because they wanna play isolationist games.
