No longer works on iOS 12.5.7
Emby won’t open on iOS 12.5.7 iPad Mini 2. Emby was all I used iPad it for so now having to spend £100’s on new iPad just to continue Emby subscription doesn’t make sense. Defeats the object of Emby to me.

After last update doesn’t start.
I did everything to access emby outside the network, but unable to do it. Previous versions used to work smoothly. I have a NAS Synology 718+ .
I really love this app. It work brilliantly when I’m at home on the Wi-Fi but when I’m on the mobile data on my phone I can’t connect. Hope someone can help 😏
I’m pretty happy with the app. Transcoding quality is nice, it rarely stutters, and it’s a pretty good interface. Unfortunately downloading doesn’t work at all. I’ve had media ready to go and stuck in “Ready to Transfer” for over a week now. No sign at all how to make this work. Please fix!
I have been using Emby for a number of years, having come from Plex. I pay the yearly subscription and to be honest, with the amount I use Emby it’s worth every penny. If you ever have a problem, the staff will answer and help you with any questions you have on the forums, sometimes within minutes. I do not understand people taking issue with paying a subscription, the apps and servers are constantly being updated with new features and the subscription goes to pay for that. Do people expect them to be updated for ever, for nothing? I don’t know. Anyway, I have nothing bad to say about Emby or the team behind it.
Just get a loading wheel when I try to log in to server. Tried reinstalling, restarting etc.
If you are going to charge for something, then chose a price and ask for it up front once. Don’t get your customer to download the app and then make them pay for different aspects. I have a decent spec home server and I was using Emby over Plex, but Plex for me is far more honest about its pricing and usage. You have well and truly shot yourselves in the foot as for me Emby Is the superior product. Slow hand clap....

Before my server updated all new content to hevc files, I have not been able to watch anything on my iPad Pro 1st gen. I used to click and play anything with no issues and now I get an error message on every single file saying ‘playback error’ no compatible streams are currently available. Yet, on my Samsung device, these hevc files play with no issues. My iPad is up to date with iOS 13.3 and I do not know what else to do? All forums, Google and Apple site say iPad Pro should direct play hevc files. So why the issue?
