Your company just stopped me from getting my boarding, cause of your new update about the pcr test as i made it within the last 72 h as your website mentioned by the date of 26/1/2022. Actually I’m very upset and trying to reach one of your contacts in cairo and dubai to change my flight no one is answering. So you made me lost more than 50000LE Hope to get an explanation for that. And even after someone answered me he told that there will be extra charges for changing my flight time which happened because of them. This will be my last time to travel through ur company and i will never recommend it for any one. As u update and apply ur rules just 30m before getting into the plan which is so insane and not accepted
