My trip from Munich to kuala lumper was cancelled without informing me through email and yet requesting for penalty fees in the airport saying I did the mistake by not paying for flight change . And is that even reasonable to cancel my flights just like that ? More so requesting for penalty fees . It was so unpleasant with emirates , will try to avoid if possible . You don’t even deserve a star .
selecting options? what a waste!
went all through the booking hassle multiple times and end up cannot even choose any seating options! the app is soo crappy that bugs really reside in them… the best airline? one of the best bought-in airline reviews i say! such a rubbish app, rubbish airline… might as well they just crawl into a hole and die… just like their fledging economy!
iPad App
It would be great if you can develop an app version for iPad.

Frequently the apps is not loading or hits error.

Worst app n bad website. Keep hanging, stuck n cannot use. No wonder u guys are no 3 now

User friendly
Quite easy to use and provides the needed information. Sometimes the page gets stuck but when we retry it gets fine.
App Doesn’t Work! (like an ad-filled sponsored app)
tried using the app to search for flights, and guess what? always error and “technical problems”. one of the best airlines in the world? used to be. prices WERE affordable before Covid. post-covid? the price is what we say in terms of not “harga yahudi” anymore, but “harga majusi”! damn expensive, less choice, less options, locations are scarce😤
