The button to show the pdf for the ticket is very hidden (through the 3 dots). Please make it more visible because it took me a while to find it and I’m sure many users wouldn’t find it. It’s important because the app doesn’t show the passenger’s name or ticket number, which are often requested by authorities. It should be listed under the trip’s Overview tab I think.

Worst experience ever
I heard good things about the airline that’s why I booked the flight however it got cancelled last minute, I had flight at 10:30 am and I found out about the changes at 7am, it says they have customer service available 24/7 but they were unreachable. I am going to my home country for family emergency and the so called premium airline did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience they have caused. Wont recommend it to anyone.
Things don’t mostly work
So many options if they work. Most of it that I try to do gives me an error code.. bummer 😑
App Interface Sucks
App does not show in of info for flight, i was booking a flight and and called them to confirm that I was allowed two baggage’s, they said yes, I go on to make my payment and when I get to the page after the payment was authorized it tells me I only get 1 luggage, I called them and the guy on the line told me to talk to the other line when it was emirates who authorized the flight, I call the other airline and as I knew they said it was emirates who was responsible. At the end I had to freeze my card and dispute the payment, because there stupid interface won’t clearly show the baggage allowance.
Too Slow payment flow
Session got expired immediately when I put my app into background to see my credit card details through my banking app, which gave me shock to see such kind of user behaviour. ThenI had to initiate the process again and payment process and flow was too slow I got white screen for 1 minute and then it showed me some loading which was weird and not expected from emirates at least. They should improve this.
Dubai connect Issue
I have received a mail that I am not eligible for Dubai connect . All of my friends who booked same like mine received they are eligible for Dubai connect
same start location and same destination . They received the Dubai connect option but I haven’t . There was less layover when we all 3 folks booked (3 hr , 5 hour layover) we three opted for 15 hours layover purposely to get the Dubai connect services . For my friends they gave it for me they are telling that Emirates already provided less layover so as per policy not possible. Then how come it became possible for my Frnds all three tickets were same as it is just name is diff . Starting point, destination ,time of booking everything same just I was the one who got the service rejected saying the rule
If it’s a rule or a policy for everyone it should work the same way .
I had planned multiple things to do in Dubai now everything is gone too disappointed. Can someone still do something and get me those services

Not able to create an account.
Canada is not listed on the countries scroll!! Very weird. Also app does not allow to create a new account, does not recognize name and password that were created.
