Always like flying Emirates and the ease of travel starts with the App.
“There is an issue with the app”
Cannot book flights. App keeps freezing. Keeps timing out. For weeks now. We just booked 20k of flights with Singapore instead. How ridiculous.
July 2023 updated app is still not working
Buttons don’t do anything. Screen are stuck with a blank page and doesn’t load. When trying to login to skywards the submit button doesn’t click. App stays into never-ending load screen. When you try to give feedback, the screen doesn’t load either. Emirates service has seriously gone downhill overall.

Poor Apple Integration
App does not support stored Apple passwords when on iPad or iPhone. I have to go away, find my password, type it into the app, then log in. Very annoying.
Glitchy
Regular errors, doesn’t load. Nice design but seems buggy
Urgh
This app simply doesn’t work! ‘Sorry we’re having a technical problem right now’ is what I see when I click on my trip. Have been in touch but it’s ‘with the IT department’. Not heard back. Very annoying and disappointing.
Technical issues since latest update
The app cannot refresh the overview page and keep saying technical issue since last week!
