Empower responded and has identified the issue causing my mobile app to crash after login. They have an open notification about it on their website. If you are having this issue after the June 2024 update, then they should be working on resolving it. Transactions displaying "Invalid Date" and Mobile App login issue (as of 06/30/2024)
Great tools
So much better than mint for organizing my financial data and keeping me abreast of fees. Love the retirement tools
Great visibility
Love the transaction tracking and category grouping of expenses. Great way to visualize and plan for expenses.
Accounts won’t synch
I’ve been looking for this exact app but unable to enjoy the features considering my accounts won’t synch even after entering the texted pin you receive. Has me worried that only 1 out of 4 accounts successfully synched, that I might have just handed a stranger my wallet
Good graphs but integration troubles
The graphs and reports from the so are very good, providing both a historic and future look at financial planning. However some 3rd party integrations, such as Apple Card, and credit unions, are spotty at best. Every time I log in to the app I get a notice that my Apple Card account is being accessed from a location I’m not at. This is Empower trying to update its data. That notification comes with a one time use access code, but empower forest all for this. If I try to go to the page with credit card info it tells me there’s a problem integrating my Apple account. If I click on fix it then scores for that code that it sent several minutes before (if you didn’t write it down, too bad). This seems to be an Employer problem as Inuit/Mint never had this issue.
Perfect and seamless
Data’s reflecting linked accounts are accurate and reliable. Instantly update all information.
Great user interface and feature for free
I find a lot of value in the careful UI DESIGN and functionality that are essentially offered for free, with strong security guarantee and able to integrate with various banking / CC / investment accounts to give a complete overview of one’s financial life / wealth / budget
It is better than Mint or Credit Karma
It is the best
Good Wealth Tool
One of the best completely free apps to monitor transactions and budget. Easily links with all CC, bank, and loan accounts. Automatic categories is pretty accurate, but still not perfect. Good Mint alternative
After sign up if you have over 100k in net worth you’ll get a call to sign up for their services, but apart from that only get one call a year as a check in. Pretty low hassle for service
