The inconsistency of attachment numbers between offline and online

In my windows desktop and online library, I could see all my attachments. When I use the app on my iPad, I found that some attachments are not available even when I sync the library again and again. When I check the attachment numbers, it shows that the offline attachments are less than the online attachments. Cannot solve this issue by reinstalling the app on the iPad.

Cannot sort Articles by Label

with hundreds of articles, I label all articles with numbers. I can sort articles according to the label i give in PC, but not in this app. makes it very hard to use. I hope someone from endnote is reading these comments, and make an effort to improve this crappy app.

‘Add note’ not work

Use ‘add note’ function for each citation, absorption happens all the time when input several lines.

New version not good

The new version is not as good as the one before. It becomes very difficult for me to mark and hightlight the context. And the categories are hiden, which is inconvenience for me.

Very difficult to use

The sync has never worked. Why can't we use WiFi to sync instead of using the web account? It is so troublesome, making this long-awaited app totally useless. Papers is doing a much better job.
