Mapping and Editing room is barely functional
Edit room does not work. Mapping is just okay. If there is a floor to ceiling mirror, it thinks there is a room on the other side ???

I have had my eufy for several months now and the app seems to ALWAYS loose the device and I have to re-add the eufy again and again. That’s so frustrating and defeats the point of using the app. Why does this happen ALL the time?! I’m tired of it. I have a whole new phone and it still does it. So I know it’s not my phone. My husband also has the app and has the same problem. So now I just use the remote that came with it.
The last update caused my map to lose rooms would not let me name rooms cause my robot to go everywhere other than it should. Deleted map and started over and the darn thing keeps cleaning the same rooms repeatedly and will not let me name my rooms I have uninstalled reinstalled rebooted reset nothing is working.
Keeps deleting my vacuum. The old app never had issues but this recent update messed everything up. I’ve had to re-add my vacuum twice now and it keeps disappearing.
Good cleaning but some features doesn’t work (edit/divide rooms)
Latest update removed maps, cannot create new ones. Vacuum does a few passes and goes back to base to empty, etc etc. Fix this problem, horrible
The schedules keep resetting and turning off. It will work for a few days and then I look in the app and the schedules aren’t turned on. Please fix!
Eufy Home is a great app, however, the only issue we’re having is when the app notifies me when my robo vac is stuck. It will lose the information with vacuum and make me set up the model of the vacuum and the WiFi process all over again. I have to leave the app open while the robot is cleaning because if I close the app and it gets stuck, this happens every time. Please fix the bugs.
This joke of a company has such bad tech that they can't even update the email address on your account. Mines under a domain I don't pay for anymore and they don't support changing it. You have to delete your account, factory reset all your devices, make a new account, and set it all up again. I manage apps and work with backend systems, the fact this isn't possible means their tech must be poorly mismanaged.
Most likely the worse vacuum on the market. Never goes back to base constant errors can't find base even with no obstructions. They replaced it once had more problems with second unit. Don't waste you money on this model. It's awful.
