app crash

It was working perfectly, and suddenly app started to crash every time I am trying to check the event tab. I have done everything ( uninstalling / reinstalling ). Restarting the phone also sharing app log but still nothing sorted.

camera stop working

I have Indoor pan and tilt, it was working fine till then it hanged up and stop working (connection issue). We tried to reset but no beep sound response and blue steady light on even how many times press and hold. eufy customer care is not helpful as well.

New version

It was working very well and last update it stopped now we can’t open application and not allowed to update new version what’s going on

Fast forward option needed

The app is easy to use however the videos saved on the usb are saved in chunks and portions, and it would be very helpful to have the fast forward option while watching the video.

Events and video speeding

Missing the feature to watch all events in a row… Also there is no way to speed the videos (4x and 16x) when playing back.

The best security camera i have ever bought

Never got a problem and always working very well my home is secured after this cams

Its should be 2 way take Also its catch up the sound detection more the motion Didn’t received any notifications in motion I face many issues in repeat the video and keep hanging Also there no option for video speed

The app wouldn’t open

Often I’m facing issue when the app is not opening. It’s super annoying specially when you have a bell ring and I need to communicate! As well when battery is low on any device it’s giving alert every 30 sec and there is no way to stop it even after you put off specific camera from the setting !!!

App crashing

New update today is causing my iphone to hang . I have to manually restart my phone . Please fix this urgently.

Reduced performance!

Since the last updates the app is very slow to start - if it actually starts; and whenever we check the cameras remotely the feed freezes multiple times. This all started after the recent updates. Hope this can be resolved asap to continue using the app seamlessly as before.
